The Diocese of Sacramento is excited to offer Blessed Sacrament Online Academy, a K-12 online learning option for families not yet ready to return to in-person instruction. We have partnered with Catholic Virtual, a leading online learning partner of Catholic schools worldwide. We trust them to care for our students as we would.
Courses are designed specifically for online learning and are geared to the needs of the age group and grade level. Teachers are trained in online learning and Catholic education. Classes are engaging and interactive, with opportunities for students to work and explore together while gaining skills in independent learning, virtual collaboration and problem-solving.
Typical School Week
- 6 hours of live instruction per week with their teacher
- 3 hours of independent studies per day
- Your child’s independent studies schedule is flexible and can be completed when it is most convenient for your family

We also will be offering online courses for our high school students. St. Patrick-St. Vincent manages this program, which will supplement our existing course offerings and provide college-preparatory academics reflecting Catholic traditions.
