ACT: Accompaniment and Connection Training will equip Catholic parishioners, clergy, and religious with practical information about mental health and provide foundational understanding of mental health literacy within the context of our Catholic faith. The day will give practical strategies for creating supportive environments. It delivers the essential knowledge and confidence required to identify suffering and determine the best response.
Presented by Marcela Campa and Lisa Averion from the International Association of Catholic Mental Health Ministers.
The sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish.
