Independent system brings greater accountability to bishops

Due to new instructions provided by State and local public health officials, I now extend this dispensation to include all members of the Catholic Faithful from the obligation to attend Mass on Sunday.

We will work together with the appropriate public health officials to return students to school as quickly and as safely as possible in the event of a closure.
