Middle School Math/6th Grade Homeroom
The teacher provides instruction in middle school mathematics (grades 6–8) and serves as the 6th grade homeroom teacher, including teaching 6th grade literature and religion. The teacher is committed to helping every student succeed academically, with a particular focus on developing strong mathematical understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This role requires a passionate commitment to the high achievement of all students, supporting them in reaching their full potential within a faith-filled Catholic school environment. The teacher establishes a structured and engaging classroom, demonstrates strong content knowledge and leadership, and facilitates learning using sound professional judgment. The teacher respects Catholic values and actively contributes to the Christian formation of students by modeling Catholic living both in and out of the classroom. The teacher is accountable to the principal and is expected to implement the mission and philosophy of the school, follow all policies of the Diocese of Sacramento, and adhere to the directives of school administration.
