#CruxToChrist

The invitation

As we begin this Easter season, we are still faced with the realities of the coronavirus pandemic. In this particular moment of difficulty—this crux—how can we encourage others in turning more intentionally to Christ?

Bishop Soto invites the faithful of the Diocese of Sacramento to share the ways that you have seen Christ in the crisis using the hashtag #CruxToChrist. As we gather in the digital space, let us share how we have been and will continue to be spiritually close to one another.

How do I participate?

Pick your favorite social media channel and share posts using #CruxToChrist to answer the question: How have you seen or shared Christ in the crisis?

Have you connected to your parish community in new ways through video? Have you encountered new forms of prayer? Has a call from your parish come at just the right moment?

Let us move from #CruxToChrist.

Who can participate?

The faithful! Anyone can join the conversation using #CruxToChrist. Whether you're an individual parishioner, or you manage your parish/school social media presence, let's use our social media channels to inspire others.

Let us continue to be a hopeful and effective Sacrament of Christ in Northern California.
