Because of this, the diocese is not privy to the personnel files. Any accusations of sexual misconduct with children and young people were not reviewed by the Diocesan Independent Review Board or Kinsale Management for the Diocese of Sacramento. At the request of the religious community, we are listing the religious community’s list of those credibly accused religious within their order that include those who served in the Diocese of Sacramento.
